Jaclyn Ancora joined SK Life Science, Inc. in 2019 and is the SKLSI Executive Director, Human Resources. She and her team are focused on delivering a strategy that focuses on individual career growth while maintaining the needs of the business, ensuring that the HR team’s initiatives are aligned with the Company’s goals and core values.

Throughout her lifetime career in the pharmaceutical industry, Jaclyn’s proven performance and expertise has enabled her to successfully counsel and advise clients on complex employee matters.  Prior to joining the Company, Jaclyn spent over a decade in progressive Human Resources roles, advising internal HR colleagues as well as partners across the business in areas such as Compensation, Performance Management, and M&A activities.

Jaclyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Villanova University and has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
